At KALA by VERSHA, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted. We take great care in packing and quality checks before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that an issue arises, our policies are outlined below.
EXCHANGE POLICY
A. Damaged or Incorrect Product
While rare, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please donβt worry.

Write to us at hello@kalabyversha.com within 48 hours of delivery

Share your Order ID along with clear images of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
Please ensure:

The product is unused

Original tags, packaging, and inserts are intact

The item is carefully packed for return
Important Note:
As our products are handmade and handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and part of the craft. These are not considered defects, and exchange requests based on such variations will not be accepted.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
B. Exchange for Any Other Reason
If you wish to exchange a product for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery:

Exchange requests are subject to product availability

In such cases, to-and-fro shipping costs will be borne by the customer
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you decide not to keep the product:

Inform us via email within 2 days of delivery

Carefully pack the product to prevent damage during transit

Captures the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
